We will ask you to hand in a manifest for all the vehicles (our collecting and delivering vehicles or yours, and any other vehicles you bring in). We read consistency of contract documents, and check if the contexts of manifests are not flawed. Then, your manifests will be accepted.

All the non-acceptable waste separately is transported to the sorting facility. Thorough screening process conducted by hand and heavy equipment, each waste shall be transported to treatment facilities. Or recycled without separation. This facility can be said the heart of SED because it reduces landfill disposal waste all ends up and improve the recycling rate. The work here helps customers not to reduce emissions in the field for each separate work as much as possible.

Waste plastics recycling rate will increase by dividing them into each material type. We produce RPF (solid fuel) by combining waste plastic (non-chlorine soft) with the mixed paper in our facilities. Paper-manufacturing company uses RPF, coal or coke alternative fuel for boiler fuel. Crush hard plastic (non-chlorinated) and PVC pipes will be available as recycled raw materials.
Plastics unsuitable as materials will be reused as boiler fuel. (It is used as thermal energy.)

Gypsum is one of the wastes not allowed to be land filled. Almost all the gypsum is brought to factories in other prefectures for recycling.
We are the first company to introduce rotaty dryer system and the gypsum separator separating the plaster and paper between.
Hemi hydrate or anhydrite is used as soil conditioner and cement raw materials. Also, the isolated paper is used as raw materials for RPF. The recycling rate is 100 percent.

This is the temporary storage for sorted waste at sorting facility mainly. Individual wastes brought into Intermediate Treatment site are stored here. Scrap metal or cardboards are bought of businesses as valuable resources.
